Welcome to Mestorio. These terms explain the rules for using our platform, which connects people planning celebrations with photographers and event vendors. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email or mobile number. Keep your login details secure — you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to book or offer services.
2. Bookings and payments
Photographers and vendors set their own prices and packages. When you confirm a booking, you enter into an agreement directly with that provider. Payments, advances and balances are shown in the app before you pay. Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the provider’s policy and applicable law.
3. Photos and content
Photographers retain rights to the images they capture and grant you a licence to view, select and download your delivered photos. You may not resell or redistribute another user’s content without permission. Don’t upload anything unlawful, harmful or that you don’t have the rights to.
4. Acceptable use
Use Mestorio respectfully. Don’t attempt to break, overload or misuse the service, and don’t harass other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
