This policy explains what personal data Mestorio collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run the service well.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, email and/or mobile number, and profile photo.
- Bookings & messages — inquiries, quotes and the conversations you have with providers.
- Photos — images uploaded to your events and the selections you make.
- Usage — basic technical logs to keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use it
To operate your account, deliver bookings and galleries, send you service notifications (such as booking updates and new messages), and improve the product. We send marketing emails only if you opt in — you can turn this off any time in Settings.
Who can see your data
Photographers and vendors you book with can see the details needed to serve you (for example your name and event details). We use trusted providers to send email, store photos and process payments. We do not sell your personal data.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, manage notification channels, opt out of marketing, export all your data as a JSON file, or delete your account — all from the Settings page.
